Products & Customisation

By Mamiza specialises in customised and made-to-order products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

- Names, spellings, sizes, colours, and customisation details submitted are correct

- Uploaded images or requested designs are appropriate and owned by the customer or permitted for use

- Product selections and personalisation details are reviewed carefully before checkout

We are not responsible for customer errors submitted during ordering.

For custom requests, digital previews/mock-ups may be provided. Once approved, no further amendments, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing, promotions, or product availability without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

Order Processing

As most products are personalised or made-to-order, processing times may vary.

Estimated timelines provided are approximate and may be affected by:

- Peak seasons

- High order volume

- Supplier delays

- Technical or production issues

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the estimated timeframe.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

By Mamiza will not be responsible for:

- Delays caused by courier partners

- Failed delivery due to incorrect addresses

- Lost parcels marked as successfully delivered by courier

- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Refunds & Returns

Customised and personalised products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Product Representation

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However:

- Colours may differ slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and printing variations

- Placement, size, and proportions of artwork may vary slightly between products and sizes

Minor differences are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, product photos, branding, logos, and content on this website belong to By Mamiza and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Custom artwork provided by customers remains the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

By Mamiza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the product.

Customer Photos, Reviews & Social Media Content

By placing an order with By Mamiza and/or sharing photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, or feedback with us via WhatsApp, social media, email, or other platforms, customers grant By Mamiza permission to repost, share, and use such content for marketing, promotional, social media, website, portfolio, and advertising purposes.

This may include:

- Product photos shared by customers

- Customer reviews and testimonials

- Feedback messages

- Tagged social media posts featuring our products

- Photos of completed customised orders

Personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, and sensitive details will never be publicly shared.

Customers who prefer their customised order, names, or submitted content to remain private may inform us in writing before or after receiving their order, and we will respect reasonable privacy requests.
