Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with By Mamiza. As many of our items are customised and made-to-order, please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
Most orders require processing time before shipment.
Estimated processing times:
- Ready stock items: 1–3 working days
- Customised / personalised items: 5–20 working days depending on product. Please check individual processing time in each product detail page.
- Bulk, party, or special custom orders: Timeline to be advised. Please enquire with us at 9362 7712 if you require any specific deadlines.
Processing time excludes weekends, public holidays, and courier delivery time.
During peak seasons, sales periods, school holidays, or festive periods, processing may take longer.
Artwork Approval Delays
For products requiring design confirmation or artwork approval, production will only begin after approval is received.
Delays in responding to artwork confirmation will result in delays to order completion.
If no response is received within a reasonable timeframe, By Mamiza reserves the right to proceed based on the latest confirmed order details.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines depend on the selected courier service and are outside of our control.
Estimated local Singapore delivery:
- Standard delivery via Ninjavan/SPX: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Same Day Courier $10 - North / $15-$20 other areas (Contactless delivery)
- Self-collection by appointment only at Yishun Street 71.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate.
By Mamiza will not be responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer error
- Additional re-delivery fees charged by courier
Any costs incurred for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
While we will do our best to assist, By Mamiza is not liable for courier delays, lost parcels, or damaged parcels once handed over to the courier.
If there are issues with delivery, customers may be required to contact the courier directly.
For parcels damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days with clear photos/videos.
