At By Mamiza, most of our products are made-to-order and personalised with care. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Personalised & Custom-Made Items
Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has started.
This includes:
- Custom backpacks
- Personalised bags
- Custom activity books
- Printed personalised items
- Any made-to-order products
Please ensure all spellings, names, design selections, sizes, and order details are correct before checkout.
Artwork Approval & Custom Requests
For custom design requests, customers may be provided with a digital preview/mock-up before production.
Once the artwork/design has been approved by the customer, no further changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be allowed.
Failure to respond to artwork confirmation within the stated timeframe will result in production proceeding based on the latest approved version or order details provided.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We will gladly assist if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos/videos of the issue
3. Photos of packaging (if damaged during delivery)
We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
Colour & Design Disclaimer
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, printing differences, and material textures. Minor variations are not considered defects.
Placement and scale of designs may vary slightly depending on product size and printing area.
Delivery Issues
By Mamiza is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.
